We are dedicated to organizing an annual retreat in Pigeon Forge, TN. This retreat serves as a gathering for leaders like yourself from across the country to come together, receive encouragement and support, and experience intentional love and care.

Our desire is equip you with practical tools, while providing an opportunity to network with peers and have a blast with your team. Student ministries are the future of our local churches. We want to provide and environment where leaders can navigate them together.

$350 (Spouse Comes Free)

Additional Night Stay Option - Wednesday Night $95

There are options for large groups to reserve cabins, these must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to retreat.

Main speaker

This year, we are offering hotel stays for all couples and individuals attending the exhort retreat. If you are attending with a large group, you do have the option to stay in a cabin together. For large group cabin stays, your reservation must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the retreat.
If you are interested in staying an additional night (Wednesday night). It will add $94 to your total. In staying Wednesday night, you will be able to take advantage of an additional day that is less structured and will provide some extra free time for you or your group. This day will have no events that you are required to attend and is for you to rest up and utilize how you would like.
There will be at least 2 meals (Monday Dinner and Tuesday Breakfast) provided for you during your stay, as well as snacks and drink.
