At E3 Ministries, our goal is to come alongside those who are investing in the next generation and provide a space for youth pastors and their teams to refocus their ministries. Our hope is that you leave equipped and unified with your team to take on what God has for you throughout the year.

E3 Ministries strongly values the role of student pastors, their spouses, and volunteer leaders in student ministry. We acknowledge the significance of your work and understand that you can lack the necessary care, support, and recognition to stay motivated. Our goal is to come alongside you and offer support. The retreat also provides the opportunity to connect with other pastors and their teams in the E3 Network. We want to provide and environment where leaders can navigate ministry together.

E3 is dedicated to organizing this annual retreat at a special location to serve as a gathering for student ministry leaders from all across the country. This encourages likeminded individuals and teams to come together and receive encouragement, support, and practical ministry tools. Our motive is to provide you with intentional love and care, while allowing you to have a blast with your team. Student ministries are the future of our local churches and your role is highly valued.
